How to Submit a Request

Please provide:

  • The type of privacy request you are submitting
  • Your order number, if applicable
  • Any additional information needed to understand your request

Please do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, banking credentials, or government identification documents by email.

Identity Verification

We may need to verify your identity before completing an access, correction, or deletion request. Verification may involve matching your name, email address, order number, approximate purchase date, or other information against our existing records.

We will request only the information reasonably necessary to verify and process your request. If we cannot verify your identity or need additional information, we will contact you using the email address provided.

Deletion Requests and Record Retention
