1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service constitute an agreement between you and Irie Lee LLC, operating as Service Manual Experts (“Service Manual Experts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of this website and every order placed through it.

By accessing the website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the policies expressly referenced below. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

3. Eligibility to Purchase

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate checkout information, including a working email address. We may cancel an order containing false, incomplete, or unverifiable information. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.

4. Digital Products

Every product sold through this website is a downloadable digital manual. Depending on the product, the delivered file will be:

A PDF file; or
A ZIP archive containing one or more PDF files.

No printed book, disc, package, or other physical product is shipped. References to delivery concern electronic delivery only.

ZIP archives must be completely downloaded and extracted before the enclosed PDF files can be opened. Additional requirements are explained in our Technical Specifications & System Requirements.

5. Product Descriptions and Compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to describe each manual accurately, including its applicable make, model, model-year range, format, and other available specifications.

You are responsible for reviewing the product description and confirming that the manual corresponds to your vehicle or equipment before purchasing. Similar model names may cover different engines, trims, production dates, regional versions, or technical configurations.

If compatibility is unclear, contact us before ordering and provide the vehicle or equipment year, make, model, engine, and VIN or serial number where available.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page:

A listing does not guarantee coverage of every engine, trim, transmission, or regional variation.
A manual may contain scanned pages that are not fully searchable.
Bookmarks, hyperlinks, color wiring diagrams, and specific sections are not guaranteed.
Page counts and file sizes may vary slightly because of formatting or file optimization.

6. Orders, Prices and Payment

Each product is sold through a one-time payment. Service Manual Experts does not operate a subscription or recurring membership program unless one is clearly offered and accepted separately.

The amount displayed at checkout is the amount submitted for payment, including any applicable tax shown before the order is completed. Digital products do not incur physical shipping, handling, customs, or delivery charges.

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment provider selected during checkout. We do not store complete payment-card numbers on our own servers.

We may decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, fraud or unauthorized use is suspected, a technical pricing error occurred, or fulfillment would violate applicable law. If a cancelled order has been charged, the applicable payment will be refunded.

7. Digital Delivery

After payment is confirmed, a secure download link is normally provided by email and may also appear on the order-confirmation page. Delivery commonly occurs within minutes, although security screening, payment verification, email filtering, or temporary technical conditions may cause a delay.

You are responsible for:

Providing a correct and accessible email address;
Checking spam, junk, promotions, and filtered email folders;
Downloading the complete file before attempting to open it;
Extracting ZIP archives before opening the enclosed PDFs; and
Keeping a local backup after downloading the manual.

If your download information does not arrive, contact us with your order number and purchase email address.

8. Permitted Use

Your purchase allows you to download and use the delivered manual as a reference for your own personal use or your organization’s internal repair and maintenance work.

You may:

Download the purchased PDF or ZIP archive to compatible devices under your control;
Extract an included ZIP archive;
Keep a local backup for your permitted use;
View the included PDFs on compatible devices; and
Print pages for your own or your organization’s internal reference.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of copyrights, trademarks, technical documentation, or other intellectual-property rights contained in the manual.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Resell, sublicense, rent, distribute, or commercially republish a manual;
Share the PDF, ZIP archive, extracted files, or download link with unauthorized persons;
Upload a manual to a public website, forum, marketplace, cloud folder, social-media platform, or file-sharing service;
Offer copies of a manual as part of another product or paid download;
Remove or bypass watermarks, access restrictions, or other protective measures;
Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or bulk-download website content or products;
Attempt to access another customer’s account, order, or download;
Introduce malicious code or interfere with website security or operation; or
Use the website or delivered files for unlawful purposes.

Using a manual as an internal reference while performing repair work does not, by itself, violate these Terms. The restriction concerns redistribution or resale of the manual itself.

10. Intellectual Property and Manufacturer Disclaimer

The Service Manual Experts business name, website text, original graphics, layout, and storefront materials are owned by Irie Lee LLC or used with appropriate permission.

Manufacturer names, vehicle names, model designations, logos, trademarks, and third-party technical materials remain the property of their respective owners. They are referenced solely to identify the vehicle or equipment to which a manual relates.

Service Manual Experts is not a vehicle manufacturer or dealership and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, licensed by, authorized by, or endorsed by any vehicle or equipment manufacturer identified in the catalog.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as transferring ownership of third-party intellectual property or representing that Service Manual Experts is an official manufacturer source.

11. Manual Content and Technical Accuracy

Manuals are provided as technical reference materials. We make reasonable efforts to supply the product described in the applicable listing, but technical documentation may reflect the information available when the underlying material was produced.

A manual may not include later recalls, revised Technical Service Bulletins, regulatory changes, superseded specifications, or updates issued after the underlying documentation was created.

Before relying on information involving safety or significant mechanical consequences, verify applicable specifications and current information for your particular vehicle, engine, trim, production date, VIN, or equipment serial number.

If information appears unclear, incomplete, inconsistent, or unsafe, stop and consult a properly qualified technician or current authoritative information before continuing.

12. Repair Safety

Repair and maintenance work can involve hazardous tools, electricity, fuel, chemicals, pressurized systems, heavy components, moving machinery, high temperatures, airbags, high-voltage systems, and other risks.

You are responsible for determining whether you have the necessary training, tools, workspace, protective equipment, and experience to perform a procedure safely.

A manual is not a substitute for professional training, sound judgment, current safety information, or qualified assistance. Do not perform work beyond your knowledge or ability.

13. Refunds, Cancellations and File Problems

Because digital files cannot be physically returned after delivery, successfully delivered and accessible manuals are generally final sale, subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights.

A refund may be available when:

The purchased manual was not delivered because of a technical failure attributable to us; or
The delivered PDF or ZIP archive is genuinely corrupted or unreadable and we cannot provide a working replacement.

Contact us within 10 days of purchase to report an ordinary delivery or file problem. We may first attempt to resend the link, replace the file, provide extraction guidance, or otherwise correct the issue.

The 10-day support period does not eliminate any longer mandatory right or remedy provided by applicable law.

Purchasing the wrong manual, changing your mind, lacking compatible software, failing to extract a ZIP archive, or expecting content not promised in the product description does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.

14. Accounts, Fraud and Access Restrictions

We may suspend an account, cancel an order, restrict a download link, or terminate future access when we reasonably believe that:

An account or payment method is being used without authorization;
Fraud, chargeback abuse, automated downloading, or security abuse has occurred;
A manual or download link is being redistributed or resold;
The customer has materially or repeatedly violated these Terms; or
Restriction is required by law or necessary to protect the website, customers, or rights holders.

Where reasonably practical, we may contact the affected customer and provide an opportunity to clarify the situation. Immediate restriction may occur when necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, or ongoing unauthorized distribution.

Any restriction will be limited to what we reasonably consider necessary. Nothing in this section eliminates a refund or consumer remedy that applicable law requires.

15. Third-Party Services

The website relies on third-party services, which may include Shopify, payment processors, digital-delivery providers, analytics services, and customer-support tools.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for an interruption caused solely by a third-party platform outside our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve order-delivery problems involving services used to fulfill your purchase.

Personal information is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the store, process payments, deliver orders, prevent fraud, and provide support.

Except for rights and guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, the website and manuals are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

The website will operate without interruption;
Every manual will contain information for every vehicle configuration;
Every page will be searchable or contain working bookmarks or hyperlinks;
Technical information has not been superseded since publication; or
Use of a manual will produce a particular repair outcome.

These disclaimers do not limit obligations concerning the accuracy of our own product descriptions or any guarantee that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Irie Lee LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or a manual, including loss of vehicle use, business interruption, workshop downtime, lost profits, or third-party repair costs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an affected order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and any mandatory consumer remedy.

19. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms or another store policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.

United States

Applicable federal and state consumer-protection laws continue to apply, including requirements concerning truthful product descriptions, pricing, and disclosures.

United Kingdom

Applicable rights relating to digital content and distance sales continue to apply. Any cancellation, conformity, repair, replacement, price-reduction, or refund right will be handled according to the law applicable to the transaction. These Terms do not independently declare that a mandatory cancellation right has been waived.

Australia

Consumer guarantees and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded where they apply. A store policy or stated support period does not replace those guarantees.

Canada

Applicable federal and provincial consumer-protection requirements continue to apply. The rights available may vary according to the customer’s province or territory.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law applicable to a customer provides otherwise.

This choice of law does not remove a consumer’s ability to rely on mandatory protections or dispute options available in the jurisdiction where the consumer resides.

Before initiating a formal dispute, contact us and provide your order number, purchase email address, and a clear description of the issue. We will make a reasonable effort to resolve it directly.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, delivery systems, business practices, or legal obligations. The “Last Updated” date at the top identifies the current version.

The version presented when an order is placed generally governs that order, except where a later change must apply to comply with law or where the customer expressly agrees to the change.

22. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.

Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not permanently waive our right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the policies expressly linked within them constitute the agreement governing your use of the website and purchases from Service Manual Experts.

No deleted, unpublished, or inaccessible policy page forms part of these Terms.
